Ingredients
  • 4-6 tasty chopped tomatoes
  • handful of chopped capers
  • handful of roughly chopped coriander
  • half a hot chilli
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.  
  • Step 2 Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
  • Step 3 Important hint – if your salsa is too hot to handle then add more chopped tomato to reduce the spiciness!
