Spicy Salsa (Raw)

- 4-6 tasty chopped tomatoes
- handful of chopped capers
- handful of roughly chopped coriander
- half a hot chilli
- Step 1 Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Step 2 Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
- Step 3 Important hint – if your salsa is too hot to handle then add more chopped tomato to reduce the spiciness!
