One for those who are use to veggie juices and remember you can substitute any green veg you have in the fridge, experiment. Yum scrum all green goodness, enjoy the post juice
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple (adds sweetness)
- 4 cellery stalks
- 1 peeled lemon
- Step 1 Juice all ingredients and serve immediately.
- Step 2 Alternatively if you want some added fibre in your day then chuck this lot into a smoothie maker and add 2 cups of water or more for your desired consistency.
