Tasty Tasty Cauliflower & Broccoli soup

Ingredients
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 3 tbs ground cummin seed (enough to coat the cauliflower & broccoli)
  • 750 - 1000 ml veggie stock
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil/fry light
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Step 2 Cut & wash cauliflower & broccoli. 
  • Step 3 Spray with fry light or coat in oil and cover in ground cumin seeds and season with pepper.
  • Step 4 Bake in the oven for 30 mins or until soft.
  • Step 5 Make 750 – 1000 ml of veggie stock.
  • Step 6 Liquidise veggies and stock to desired consistency, I like it a little chunky.
