Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 6 oat cakes made into crumbs
  • Vanilla icing
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC, line baking tray with cases.
  • Step 2 Blitz the oat cakes to make fine crumbs.
  • Step 3 Mix the sugar, oil, molasses, yogurt, milk and vanilla.
  • Step 4 Sift the dry ingredients into the wet and add the oat cakes
  • Step 5 Bake for 22 mins.
  • Step 6 I like to add a little Camp to the icing as I think the deep flavours work well together. Try drizzling the Camp down the inside of your piping bag before filling it with the icing. Wait till the cakes are completely cool before icing.
