You, Like My Cupcakes?

8th October 2010

It’s been a busy old week for me, even with work a bit crazy I managed to drop off a few batches of cupcakes for the private viewing of Neil Young’s ‘You, Like Me’ photo exhibition.

Lemon Tart & Cinnamon Swirl Cupcakes
Coffee and Walnut & Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcakes

The exhibition is running till the 31st of October and is at the First Out Cafe (a vegetarian cafe) just off Tottenham Court Road. Neil’s photo’s are really beautiful and I can’t imagine the time and patience it has taken him to capture these amazing shots, if there’s one thing I know about photography: animals and children aren’t easy subjects!  See my fav shot of a piggy snoozing on some straw in the sunshine here.

Neil tells me the cupcakes got a great response with the validation all vegans strive for – ‘I can’t believe they’re vegan’. Yay!
