- 3 tbsp Sweetbird Irish cream syrup
- 4 tbsp thick coconut milk (top part from a can of coconut milk)
- 2 shots whiskey
- lots of ice
- Step 1 In a tall glass add together all the ingredients but the ice and whisk together.
- Step 2 Fill two short glasses with ice and pour over the mixture.
