New discoveries

The main reason that I do most things, and here if you change most to “all things” its more accurate, is for food.  To read about food, to hear about food, to go and see food.

It is the reason I wake up in the morning, leave my house, blog and talk to people.  That is right, I talk to people to find out about food. I am foodcentric.Here are a few of my latest favourite finds…

1. Pret a manger: Dark chocolate with sea salt.  This is soooooo good.  It has taken me awhile but I get the whole sweet and sour thing but now I am here I love it.  Better late than never, right?!

2. Blooms nutty and sweet popcorn.  In particular nice and nutty (from wholefoods)

3. Le pain quotidien: Raw organic granola with raisins, almonds, goji berries, golden berries, banana and coconut cashew butter. Oh my god, oh my god

4.  Violife cheese sandwich with Vogels Linseed and soya bread

This bread is best toast, its lovely.  Really tasty…

  • I’m glad it’s not just me! I’m very food-motivated!
    I love both the pret sea salt chocolate and that popcorn but haven’t tried the other things. I’ve been enjoying this LivLife bread recently which sounds pretty similar to the Vogels
    And is that Le Pain granola new?! Sounds so good but I’ve never seen it on their menus before. Has been a while since I’ve been though…
