Cauliflower cheese

13 November 2013

If it’s growing in the garden then it will be picked and eaten….  (Only food obviously).

This year farmer Harker decided to grow cauliflower, which is interesting because he doesn’t like to eat it!  Oh well all the more for me 🙂

We had 4 large cauliflowers :).  Amazing!

Aren’t they BEAUTIFUL!

I picked a random “cheese” sauce; soy milk, nutritional yeast, mustard, lemon juice, seasoning….  mmmm and thickener.

I made quite a bit so had a portion for dinner and froze some too :).

I made one batch with kale 🙂
