The Montagu at Hyatt Regency, Marylebone

I had an amazing night of company and food yesterday. In a blatant case of it’s who you know, not what you know, it was brought to my attention that there was a new vegan menu available at the Hyatt Regency’s restaurant, The Montagu as part of their contribution for National Vegetarian Week.

The Churchill Bar, Hyatt Regency

After one of the most amazing cocktails of my life (tea pot, walnut syrup, flaming absinthe!!) at the Churchill Bar we seated ourselves at the chefs table (I KNOW) where upon Chef Parvinjah brought us dish after dish…after dish after dish.

Highlights for me were the raw cheeses and the vanilla bean cheesecake – one of the best raw desserts I have had in a long, long time.

You can see the full menu below (please someone have the cheese board), their vegan promotion is running till the 25th. All fingers are crossed for the menu to be popular, who knows it could lead to permanent changes.
