Some of the things I am loving at the moment:

Almond Dream. My Twitter and Instragram feeds were going crazy this month since Waitrose started stocking this almond based ice cream. It comes in actual exciting flavours (let’s ignore the vanilla). I was not keen on the mint chocolate chip but oh my the praline and salted caramel.

Also look out for Coyo who have started doing frozen desserts and Coconut Collaborative.

♥ Cocktails with the girls. This week at Dirty Martini and Opium.

Kin Cafe. A little vegetarian cafe just off Oxford Street, the vegan savoury options weren’t overly inspiring although greatly appreciated, obviously. But they also do vegan desserts. Hello chocolate peanut butter pie.

♥ Cake for breakfast.  I blame @shrewdhealth, don’t listen to her if she blames me.

Provamel sugar free yoghurts. One of my pet peeves has been the lack of a baby’s vegan yoghurt on the market. There are several organic no added sugar dairy brands but no dairy free equivalent. I have been giving my little girl Coyo which is made raw and made from coconut but not organic. As you can tell I do get a bit annoyed when sugar is added to things needlessly but especially when it’s aimed at children. However Provamel contacted us about trying their new range of yoghurts, one sweetened with agave the other completely unsweetened. Well, obviously she has been lapping them up and I have also been using them in smoothies, I too much prefer my yoghurt without sugar so everyone’s happy!

30 September 2014 Hey hey hey there’s a new raw place in London….  A big London welcome to Tanya’s cafe, Chelsea.  And it’s open everyday 🙂 which is good, it’s flexible and it’s expensive.  I would say more expensive than SAF, if that’s possible!
