Soul Circus 2016

Last weekend was filled with 2 of my favourite things – yoga and vegan food (okay there might have been booze too, make that 3)! I spent 2 days in Cheltenham at Soul Circus battling the wind and rain that is British summer time with Yogagirllondon.

We managed 7 classes in those magical two days and I found some new teachers I am totally in love with. All classes were in tents had the weather permitted I believe there would have been outdoor yoga.

There was also various dining experiences, talks and workshops including classes for children and circus training. We also managed to squeeze in a treatment or two in between classes at the Liz Earle tent, these were all free but there was up to a 40 minute wait.

On Sunday the sun did grace us with it’s appearance and we were able to have a more relaxed day (only 2 classes!) enjoy the vibes, live music and food.

Yes the food! I was excited to see Aspargasm (come back to London soon please) but in an unexpected twist I really had no idea the majority of food would be vegan. *This* is the future people.

Looking back at the pictures it seems so dreamy now, my first ever yoga festival but certainly won’t be the last. <3
