Kerb Meatless Market, The City

Kerb Meatless Market, The City

I’ts been a month since Kerb launched their Meatless Market and I’ve managed a straight run of once a week.

The city (When I say city I mostly mean me 😊) has been in need of a vegan market what with them popping up all over London mostly at weekends.

So the format is meatless market *raises eyebrow* so yes you will see fish and cheese there – be wary of sauces also. Basically it’s not safe to assume everything is vegan here because there are a mixture of non vegan stalls serving no meat and fully vegan stalls (so far at least one a day).

The market is pretty small, usually around 6 stalls but a good mix of cuisines and styles.

I’m super happy because 1. Vegan food (duh!) in my vicinity 2. My weekends are pretty full these days so I’m not able to go vegan adventuring like I used to, this way my lusted after vendors pretty much come to me. Win win baby!! 3. It’s also a good excuse to make more vegan lunch dates.

My eats are below:

Kerb Meatless Market, The City { Eat Chay kimchi fried rice – they have a new shop opening soon in Box Park! }

Kerb Meatless Market, The City { Hanoi Kitchen Banh mi }

Before you go check their website for stall holders which are in rotation and change daily and weekly.

Let me know what you have!

If you’re local to Greenwich then you’ll know that the indoor market (which dates back to 1737) has been pretty vegan-friendly of late (as all of 2018 in general – yay!). Therefore it made total sense for the next vegan night market – Vegan Vibes (hosted […]

Hackney Down with the Vegans

Lucky old Hackney has two vegan markets. And lucky me I got to check both out this weekend with some Insta lovelies Lucy, Sally, Erika and Sara. But wait, there is MORE luck.
