Tasty Tasty Cauliflower & Broccoli soup

- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 Broccoli
- 3 tbs ground cummin seed (enough to coat the cauliflower & broccoli)
- 750 - 1000 ml veggie stock
- 2 tbsp oil/fry light
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Step 2 Cut & wash cauliflower & broccoli.
- Step 3 Spray with fry light or coat in oil and cover in ground cumin seeds and season with pepper.
- Step 4 Bake in the oven for 30 mins or until soft.
- Step 5 Make 750 – 1000 ml of veggie stock.
- Step 6 Liquidise veggies and stock to desired consistency, I like it a little chunky.
