600g mixed berries
agave nectar
icing sugar


Blend and strain berries to remove the seeds.

Ingredients

250g self raising flour
125g &#8216;margarine&#8217;
1kg gooseberries
325g sugar


Mix flour and margarine, when like breadcrumbs add 125g of sugar.
Wash and rinse the gooseberries, cover with the remaining sugar and crumble in an oven proof dish.
