Ingredients

handful of curly kale
handful of spinach
handful of lettuce
1/2 spring onion chopped
4 raddish
1&#8243; cucumber chopped
1/2 tomato
1 large mushroom
1/4 avocado
small handfull cashew nuts
small handful pumpkin seeds

Dressing

2 parts olive oil
1 part lemon
1/4 part dijon mustard
pepper


Chopped and rinse all veggies.  Mix together
Mix all dressing ingredients together and shake
put dressing onto salad, toss and serve.

Serves 4-6
Ingredients


1 Cauliflower


1 Broccoli

3 tbs ground cummin seed (enough to coat the cauliflower &#38; broccoli)

750 &#8211; 1000 ml veggie stock


pepper


2 tbsp oil/fry light




Preheat oven to 180 degrees C


Cut &#38; wash cauliflower &#38; broccoli   


Spray with fry light or coat in oil and cover in ground cumin seeds and season with pepper

I like simple, easy cooking, like you don&#8217;t already know this!  This soup can be whipped together in 20 minutes warming you tummy in no time at all.
Serves 3
Ingredients


1 large leek


2 medium potatoes


1/2 diced onion


1 stick celery


500 ml veggie stock

		<description><![CDATA[Nehzi&#8217;s Lentil Soup
Ingredients

1 onion
1 handful rice
2 handfuls
lemon juice
salt


Fry the onion when softened add lentils and enough water to cover and cook for 1 hour, keep checking and top up with more water if necessary.
Add the rice, more water if requred and lemon juice and salt to taste.
