Chunky Chips

  • potatoes
  • olive oil/fry light
  1. Pre heat oven to 200ºC.
  2. Peel potatoes, chop into chunky chip size.  Parboil for 9 mins.
  3. Strain water and let potatoes dry.
  4. Add olive oil/fry light to a baking tray.  Put in chips and shake until the pots are coated in spices and oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until crispy.

To make spicey sweet potatoe wedges simply follow to stage 3, add paprika and chill to the baking tray with the oil and follow as above.
