Gooseberry Crumble
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 125g ‘margarine’
- 1kg gooseberries
- 325g sugar
- Mix flour and margarine, when like breadcrumbs add 125g of sugar.
- Wash and rinse the gooseberries, cover with the remaining sugar and crumble in an oven proof dish.
- Cook for 45 minutes at 180ยบC.
