Hurrah! The week I have been waiting for has finally arrived. As you will have gathered by now I do have a little bit of a thing for cupcakes, I’m not quite sure what I was expecting to happen this week, perhaps I thought every London cupcakery would have a vast selection of vegan cupcakes on offer?  Hmm maybe not, but if the mountain won’t come to Mohammed I guess he will have to get in the kitchen and start baking!

If you’ve not made cupcakes before I have added a couple of recipes to try out to the baking section and also added a page with some tips I have gathered over my baking journey.

They have gone cupcake crazy and produced an all vegan National Cupcake Week leaflet and chocolate cupcakes for you to enjoy whilst reading it. I think I will have another attempt at some molten lava cupcakes I’ve been testing out, if it goes well I will blog and share the recipe. Don’t forget to let us know what you’re baking this week!
