Summer Fruit Salad with Oats and Yoghurt 

This is a quick, tasty healthy breakfast which will really set you up for the day.  I never miss breakfast, or any meal, and neither should you!

  • seasonal fruit
  • a small handful of oats
  • half of a small pot of soya yoghurt

Optional – a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
