Imagine walking into a room and seeing a table in the middle covered with cakes, muffins, cupcakes and a mixture of assorted confectionary.  You gasp, it looks sooooo very appetizing and you want to gobble it all up…  You walk over to the table dubiously, what are the chances of any of this feast being vegan?  Your eyes pop out of their sockets, literally, when you check the ingredients and its ALL vegan!!

Last night was a spicy cupcake affair. Sash and I both headed down to Moorgate to enter this months challenge. After registering we found us a nice little corner and watched the stream of contestants roll in and the cakes snake the entire length of the bar. (more…)
