A little over a year ago, after sitting in a room of non vegan cakes that we couldn’t eat, Mits and I got our little heads together and created the first THV cake fest. (more…)

THV Vegan Cake fest

Date – Wednesday, 31st March 2010
Venue – Starbucks 48 Gracechurch Street EC3 (nearest train station – cannon street & nearest tube monument)
Time – 6.00-7.30pm

The first THV vegan cake fest will be happening in March.  Please bake or make some sweet treats to share with your fellow vegans over a nice brew or coffee. 

Would you be kind enough to let us know whether you will be coming along and if you are making something or just coming to taste by either emailing us at info@tohappyvegans.com or comment below.

If any non bakers want to contribute there will be a charity pot for the Esty nominated animal charity that we raised money for at the last tombola.  For more info on it read here.

Imagine walking into a room and seeing a table in the middle covered with cakes, muffins, cupcakes and a mixture of assorted confectionary.  You gasp, it looks sooooo very appetizing and you want to gobble it all up…  You walk over to the table dubiously, what are the chances of any of this feast being vegan?  Your eyes pop out of their sockets, literally, when you check the ingredients and its ALL vegan!!
