Tasty Tasty Cauliflower & Broccoli soup

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 3 tbs ground cummin seed (enough to coat the cauliflower & broccoli)
  • 750 – 1000 ml veggie stock
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil/fry light
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Cut & wash cauliflower & broccoli   
  3. Spray with fry light or coat in oil and cover in ground cumin seeds and season with pepper 
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 mins or until soft
  5. Make 750 - 1000 ml of veggie stock
  6. Liquidise veggies and stock to desired consistency, I like it a little chunky
