Yasai Chilli Men

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 1 tsp Very Lazy Red Chillies
  • noodles
  • veggies of your choice -  or keep it oriental with bamboo shoots, carrot, red pepper, pak choi, water chesnuts and bean sprouts.
  1. Slice the vegetables and stir fry, if you are using ’straight to wok’ noodles add these now.
  2. Once vegetables have softened blitz the tomatoes, garlic and ginger and add to the pan coating the vegetables, if you are using boiled noodles add these now.
