Yasai Chilli Men
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 inch of ginger
- 1 tsp Very Lazy Red Chillies
- noodles
- veggies of your choice - or keep it oriental with bamboo shoots, carrot, red pepper, pak choi, water chesnuts and bean sprouts.
- Slice the vegetables and stir fry, if you are using ’straight to wok’ noodles add these now.
- Once vegetables have softened blitz the tomatoes, garlic and ginger and add to the pan coating the vegetables, if you are using boiled noodles add these now.
