- vegan sausages
- ready made puff pastry
- Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
- Roll out pastry into long strips (the length of the sausage), 1/2 cm thick.
- Place a sausage at the end of the pastry and roll it round. Cut when the sausage is wrapped once. Repeat.
- Bake in then oven until golden brown.
