Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • vegan sausages
  • ready made puff pastry
  1. Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Roll out pastry into long strips (the length of the sausage), 1/2 cm thick.
  3. Place a sausage at the end of the pastry and roll it round.  Cut when the sausage is wrapped once.  Repeat.
  4. Bake in then oven until golden brown.
